Today I spent a lot of time baking for Thanksgiving. One of my favorite things to bake is Patti LaBelle’s Heavenly Carrot Cake. It is easier to make than other carrot cakes and is the best I have ever tasted! It’s always a big hit and you don’t have to shred carrots!!! Check out the recipe:
