Wise Words Wednesday – April Sinclair

This week’s wise words come from author April Sinclair. I fell in love with her books in my youth and think she is one of the most unsung authors of our time. #www

If you are in the market for some more wise words, check out her series below. These books really spoke to me as a young woman and even more as an adult.

Wise Words Wednesday – Little House

This week’s wise words come from a television show that I was obsessed with as a child. Little House on the Prairie was a staple in my upbringing. It taught me all kinds of life lessons and I thank Michael Landon, aka Pa, for that. This quote was from an episode where a mother was sick and knew she didn’t have long to live. She told this to her children and it is very relevant in my life these days since I recently lost my mom.

Remember me with smiles and laughter, because that's how I will remember you. If you can only remember me with tears, then don't remember me at all.
